James Barlow, President of Barlow Construction, has been involved in the construction industry for over twenty-five years. He has extensive construction experience including new commercial buildings, schools, restaurants and a variety of tenant improvement work. Residential experience has included custom homes, renovations, home expansions, and second story additions.

Barlow construction, established by James Barlow in 1978, has completed a full spectrum of projects throughout Western Washington.
